Indonesian Arts Network was founded to promote Indonesian arts and culture internationally and to make works of Indonesian artists and traditional craftsmen easily accessible to collectors, re-sellers and enthusiasts abroad.
We are a growing group of artists, manufacturers, dealers and a few advisors and are happy to answer your questions or introduce you to the wonderful world of arts and culture that resides on Indonesia's 13 000 islands.
If you are looking for something from Indonesia or want to get a special piece of arts or crafts, please do not hesitate to contact us. We have a wide network of buyers, partners and contacts and will get for you everything there is in Indonesia - well, almost ...

Our Promise:
We are working directly with artists and manufacturers of products made from natural materials in traditional workmanship. We only deal with genuine and high quality items, we follow the principles of fair trade, and we check our suppliers' workshops for acceptable working conditions and no child labour.
We do not deal with low quality, mass-produced or "cheap" items, nor do we carry the imitations, reproductions or kitschy souvenirs that are flooding the markets everywhere.

Our Warranty:
Buying arts is a matter of trust. At
Indonesian Arts Network, we do everything to keep your mind at ease. We know most artists and manufacturers personally and we warrant quality and authenticity of workmanship and material. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, just send back items bought from us (within two weeks after receiving it and in original condition) for a full refund.

Ordering from Us:
Our pride is in good and knowledgeable customer service. We listen to all customer requirements before tailoring an individual package.
This often includes sourcing the items directly from Indonesia with the help of our network of local buyers or even having them custom-made by our partner manufacturers.
This is our strength and one of the reasons why our customers keep coming back.
Our products are all unique individual items. We do not have a "click-and-go" online storefront. We do, however, occasionally sell on EBay auctions.

Payment Options:
Our preferred payment method are online payments through
PayPal or Moneybooker.com. All major credit cards are acepted there and our account is billing@IndoArtNet.com.
We also accept cheques (payable to Frank Berauer), money orders, bank drafts, etc. These can take very long (over a month) to clear and because of steep bank fees we have to charge an additional US$15.
Wire transfers to our bank account are faster and incur no additional charge - but please make sure that all bank fees are borne upfront by you. Our bank details are as follows:
  Development Bank of Singapore
  Account holder: Frank Berauer
  Account no.: 009651667
  SWIFT code: DBSSSGSG
If you prefer another method for payments, please contact us and we will try to accomodate your wishes.
Our prices are noted in US currency. We accept the equivalent in any convertible currency.

Shipment Options:
Worldwide delivery is included for orders above US$350, and costs US$35 for smaller orders.
We use reliable freight forwarders, mostly EMS (for shipments from Indonesia and Singapore) and DHL (from Germany).
Other shipping agencies (incl. FedEx, UPS, etc.) can be used at your request, and we will charge you the difference in cost. Express delivery and insurance are available for an additional fee. Please
enquire for availability and costs.
